Position Overview:
The HR Analytics Manager plays a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making within the Human Resources department. Qualifications and Skills:

3. Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, data visualization, and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
4. Proficient in SQL or other query languages to extract and manipulate HR data from databases.
5. Solid understanding of HR processes and practices, including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, retention, and talent development.
6. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
